Hunter Properties manages a portfolio of over 2,500 apartments in over 60 locations in Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods. Unlike a rental agency service, when you rent an apartment from Hunter Properties, you are dealing directly with the management company throughout your tenancy. As a tenant of Hunter Properties, all of your service requests will be logged in our system, and non-emergency repairs will be performed in a timely manner. In the event of an emergency, you may contact our emergency service number. All of our managers and engineers are on call twenty-four hours a day. We take pride in the quality of the properties that we manage.
